“Works When It Wants To — Unreliable, Buggy, and Outdated”
I’ve been using the Time Well Scheduled Employee app through work for about 3 years now, and honestly it’s one of the most frustrating apps I’ve ever had to deal with.
Half the time it only works when it feels like it. I’ll open it before a shift and the main screen won’t even load, just sits there forever. For something that’s supposed to be reliable for scheduling, that’s a pretty big problem.
The app is also super buggy. Buttons don’t respond, schedules don’t refresh properly, and sometimes it logs me out randomly for no reason. It feels like every update (when they actually happen) just brings new issues instead of fixing anything.
Speaking of updates — there barely are any. It feels like the app has been stuck in the same broken state for years with little to no improvement.
Overall, it’s unreliable, outdated, and way more stressful than it should be just to check a work schedule. Would not recommend.

Not messaging since time change 2026
Hello. Since the Day Light Time change, the app has either sent alerts an hour and half late, or not at all. Unhelpful.
Blank screen
Keeps saying trail ended and keeps giving me a blank screen if you could look into it.
App doesn’t work
It’s been a month haven’t been able to open the app once

Does what’s expected, we had a bit of a learning curve to switch from paper but the tws support team was great with helping

Boring to use kinda handy but I haven’t been able to get into the app for 2 weeks and still get a blank screen

Won’t let me into the app just shows a white screen.

This app is broken
My work uses this app for scheduling our workdays, but it consistently fails when I’m connected to my data. Often, my entire workweek’s shifts disappear and don’t reappear. Additionally, the app is extremely laggy. If you’re thinking of using this app as a fellow iOS user, I wouldn’t recommend it. Alternatively, you should wait for a better update.

You use app switcher too bad now the app is cut of vertically
You want to change schedule too bad you can only put schedule till AM because to put someone on evening you need to login using browser.

Fix the bug on older iphone
Fix the app ever since update the screen keeps splitting to right and cant use it at all.
Have to relaunch the app again and again and still doesn’t fix the problem
Also are you going to fix the issue where when we select am or pm for a schedule it doesnt let us change to pm at all

Absolutely garbage when trying to login the app works half the time hard to check schedules and stuff if the app doesn’t work correctly

As a manager, it works for checking schedules. I couldn’t make a schedule with this interface very well.
