Lost All Progress
I’ve had the App for years. Just got a new phone and tried to log in via Facebook as this was the platform I originally used. Won’t logging and it started me from the beginning. All progress has been lost. Won’t be playing anymore unless this is fixed. Sucks because I enjoyed playing but I’m not starting over.

Game has not been functioning properly for two or three months now. Can’t play tournaments, there are obvious bots playing in the table games.

I like to play in the 5-player sit-and-go tournaments. And I keep track of my results.
An average player in these tournaments should finish in the chips 40% of the time. And I think I’m at least an average player.
Yet in my last 20 games I finished in the chips zero times. As in none.
I don’t know what’s going on here. So I’ll give the app 3 stars, and just move on.

On edit: Wild Bob’s review is correct. Something very odd is going on. In the tournaments, the other players now do nothing. They are frozen.
Edit #2: As of this date, everything is back to normal. Tournament opponents are no longer frozen.
So this is once again the best poker app in the App Store. Nothing else comes close.

They all look like real players. And they have stats just like real players. But they take no actions. I hate to say it, but I’m starting to think that they are bots.

This game used to be awesome!! Now it just sucks!! You try to play a hand and bet and all the other players fold every time!!! I bought more chips thinking that would help but it didn’t! I’ve emailed them and got nothing! Don’t waste your time and money on this so called fun game!!
