Mobile deposit is like pulling teeth
Bad system to many time doesn’t work. It’s easier just to go to the bank and deposit checks.
Mobile banking app is terrible
So many issues logging in. It is consistently a headache.
Not the best
This is probably the worst banking app that I have used, at no fault to the bank. The bank is amazing. However, their app portal is constantly signing me out. I’m constantly having to redo my Face ID. I have to re-login multiple times to view my account, for example I will sign in use my Face ID and then it’ll sit there and not change to the screen showing my banking information so I have to completely close out of the app and re-sign in again. I know it’s not the end of the world but still super inconvenient to have to constantly re sign in and set things up.

Don’t know why this app is on my phone. Never heard of it
Doesn’t work on iOS 16.4
App never opens, it just crashes. It doesn’t matter what you try the result is the same. It’s been this way for weeks now with no updates from TXN. Apparently they just don’t care if the app works or not.
Update: it’s finally working on 16.4. It took them one month to update the app to work. If you care about mobile banking consider another bank.

Stopped working.
Stopped working with latest Apple Update.
16.4 won’t open
No matter what I do it just keeps crashing when opened
Not working with IOS uodate
The TXN app stopped working once the new los update came out. Apple states the app may not be compatible with the update. Please fix ASAP. For now, I will have to log in from the website which is such a pain

If you update your phone to ISO 16.4 the app no longer works.
Good but could be better
Minimal complaints but a memo section in the transfers would be wonderful so you know what the transfer is for. As of now you can only do this online, not in the app.

This app is an improvement, but it is still light years behind the main banking apps. Please keep upgrading it to make data more accessible.
