Le jeu ne ce lance pas

Malgré plusieurs relance du jeux et plusieurs minutes d’attente, la barre de chargement ce bloque à 1 cm de la fin et le jeux ne s’ouvre pas du tout. J’ai pensais peut être à une MAJ pour rétablir un beug mais rien le jeux est bien à jour et j’ai jamais réussi à l’ouvrir
