Taking forever to deposit my crypto
As for now it’s been 5 hours and my crypto hasn’t reached my account yet but they did charge me. Contacted support and no answer. As for now I am being scammed.
Sent money and hasn’t shown up in 14 days, horrible customer service
I wired a $100 test into the account and it plainly just hasn’t shown up in 14 days. When contacting support, they acknowledge your email but I haven’t seen anything done. One email I was told to sync my account (which I had done several times). Another email told me the money was being sent back to me. Haven’t received. I wouldn’t send any money to this app.

It can be better, make it easier to withdrawal funds and make it better for us to reach other to customer support. This will improve customers experience highly. Happy customers more will come as well.
Hi Fees
Takes a long time for money to hit account, stuck on the Matic eco system and very high fees for a crypto wallet.
