Wow, very convenient 5/5, however, emoji search could improve the comfort.
When resizing the keyboard, word suggestions may falsely pin. In all-language mode, pressing backspace changes the layout priority — is it possible to lock one specific layout? Thanks.

Purchased this after finding that I really had trouble typing on the stock keyboard....what a game-changer! I loved T9 on my old phones & this is even better & easier to use. Like the retro best & the themes; would like to have more color choices in the retro keyboard. When I had an issue, Rasmus was quick to get back to me. Would be nice to be able to delete "used" emojis & search for "new" ones. Other than the above, it's the best keyboard out there! 😉 Thanks Rasmus!

Great to have an update; much appreciated. Have used the app for years & still love it; retro keyboard my fav. However I'm disappointed that you haven't come up with more "unique" colors & themes. I had mentioned this in earlier review. Why not offer a variety of skin option packages for those who want more color/design? Kiwi Color app has kind of what I'm suggesting. I'd like to put a more colorful skins over the retro keyboard. Would be happy to pay extra for such!! Thanks again for the app! 😀

Update hat Problem
Ich liebe eure Tastatur, aber mit eurem Update habe ich alle Sprachen neu laden müssen, weil bis auf Englisch alle weg waren. Und die Funktion, dass man mit Wischen ein ganzes Wort löschen kann, ist auch weg. Bitte korrigiert das ganz schnell 🙏

Sorry, about the manual dictionary update requirement. It should have happened by itself. About the swipe to delete a word, I use this daily and can't see any issues so I'd appreciate it if you could reach out by mail to debug further.

Com a nova versão, ficou horrível para o idioma português. Você tem que baixar o idioma e mesmo assim o app fica pedindo para baixar mesmo aparecendo a opção no teclado para selecionar o idioma português. Ficou chato agora e não era assim.

Sinto muito que você tenha encontrado esse problema. Ele poderia ter sido resolvido baixando novamente o idioma desejado, mas acabei de lançar uma atualização que o corrige automaticamente. Peço desculpas pelo inconveniente; não estava em condições de fazer a atualização até agora.

This is my favorite keyboard. Texting speed and one hand texting feels way easier than the normal iPhone keyboard

Fantastic keyboard, works pretty much perfectly, with some minor quirks
Exactly the keyboard I was looking for on iOS. Everything works as one would expect, word predictions are good, and are easily edited or removed. It's got great little modern touches, like swiping in punctuation or emojis, and the swipe gestures to navigate or delete words.
There are just a couple little bumps that, if ironed out, would make this app perfect. First I'd love to see an emoji search; as it stands you have to manually look through the huge list to find the one you want if it's not already on your most-used list. Second it would be great if the punctuation key could be used in making contracted words; currently it's a bit annoying to have situations like "if", "he", and "I'd" all use the same keystrokes. This could solved if contractions required pressing the punctuation key in place of the apostrophe when typing out the word. (I'm probably in the minority on this though, so even just a setting to do so would be great!)
All in all, I love this app, and would love to see a just a another update or two to iron out some little things!

Great for multilingual typing!
This is the best app for writing in multiple languages. The old school T9 style is easy and has a great flow to it.

Eigentlich war ich immer zufrieden , bis ich sie auf meinem neuem Handy installiert habe. Es wird gesagt ich soll Deutsch hochladen. Es geht aber nicht. Die App öffnet sich von daher nicht. Sehr schade

Best keyboard
No more fat fingering! I use double tap. There is literally no desirable feature missing from this app! If you're having an issue, just run the app and go through the tutorial or message the developer. He is very attentive. Ok there is on feature I would like added--voice typing. And yes, I typed this review with the keyboard! Update 12/11/2018: Still the best keyboard. Makes touchscreen typing bearable! I prefer manual mode. Update 11/24/2021: I wouldn't type using any other keyboard. But I have one request...I would like to be able to set the amount of time to wait between key presses.

Can’t believe this app is free. I love the ability to resize the keyboard. It works flawlessly. I’d only like the ability to switch what side the back buttons are on so the letters can be on the right side of the screen. I like to switch to regular keyboard for typing and this one for one handed when my other hand may be tied up. It works so fast and I love the ability to do a manual mode. Great job

Doesn’t work, great idea.
There is an “Introduction” to using this in the app. I typed “hello” and then it said to double tap the space bar to enter a period. …this did not work.
I love the idea of not using Apple’s atrocious keyboard or some other keyboard that collects your data, but unfortunately this does not work to solve that problem in 2025. Bummer!
Additionally, Apple says I am not able to refund this. Was going to leave this as a 2 star review for the idea, but marked it down to 1 because I can’t get my money back.

Loving it
Absolutely loving it. Would request for two new features the first one would be text replacement feature as available in Apple keyboard. I am pretty sure this would help most of the people. The second one would be ability to create our own themes by keeping custom wallpapers on keyboard.
More features
I really have been enjoying this switch and it all works well, living up to expectations.
I would suggest though additional features such as freely customizing the keyboard for ourselves with more color variants or a simple slider, or even simply bring able to rearrange the keys/buttons placement in general would be a greatly appreciated touch
