Beware
I subscribed to this app because I found the free service to be a great tool for my environmental service position as the assistant director. However, after purchasing the annual subscription, the app stopped working. When I tried to contact someone for support, I couldn't reach anyone. Upon checking the settings, I received a prompt stating that the app is no longer supported in my area or region. This seems like a major scam, and I regret purchasing this software.

The app is functioning perfectly and hasn’t been disconnected in any region. Additionally, our support team hasn’t received any similar requests via email.
