I can only use this app with a daily limit of three times. After that, it prompts me to buy an upgrade for unlimited use, which I have already done by purchasing a subscription. The app isn’t working at all, and the developer has not responded. How can Apple allow this kind of situation? Customers are required to use the App Store to purchase apps, yet developers can behave this way without any accountability.

I bought this app because it offers a lot of features, but I can't use it because it constantly sends me a planned purchase notification even though I am already a member. Apple don't want to refunds me and the developer never answer back my claim.
