I purchased but where is it?
I'd stay away from this app as I purchased it but it doesn't show up anywhere on my phone. This is likely a rip off!

This could result from an option within the iMessage app store that is not activated and causing the sticker pack to not appear in the appdrawer within iMessage. Could you check whether this is the case? These are the steps; Within the appdrawer (where all the sticker packs are shown within iMessage), you can tap the '+' sign with 'store' below it. Then you are presented a menu with 3 tabs (featured, categories, manage). After selecting the last tab you need to activate the option 'automatically add apps' so iMessage apps are automatically added to your iMessage appdrawer. If this option is not activated new packs will not be added. -VellaGames
