Bad App Good Food
Buggy app, wanted to put extra cheese on my wrap but then couldn’t put any sauce on???? Food can be decent when it’s fresh but update your app it’s terrible you could pay a 14 year old a score to knock you up an app in half a day and it’d be better than what you have now fix up please
Needs a lot of improvement
App needs so much work as gives you no confidence whether the order has been placed as it goes back n forth too many times. I’ve had to call them to ensure all is in order.

Not the most straight forward app to navigate, I personally find it unnecessary complicated. Also a couple of items have disappeared but are still available so you have to order an equivalent and put a note on the order as to what you want and hope you receive the correct item.

Your peri-peri chicken is the best. I don’t know what you put in this marinate but it’s the best. I’ve been ordering from your shop via Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats for ages and I’ve decided to give your app a try but I have to say the experience is far from good. The registration process needs to be smoother. Payment options are limited and the prices after service fee and delivery fee and bag fees and cooking the food fee and using fuel to deliver the food I ordered and paid for fees are same like the big tree food delivery companies so I do t see who would want to use a dedicated app which doesn’t give you any extra benefit or convenience. But your peri-peri chicken is the best 😁😋
