Your app!!
Crashes a lot, disconnects a lot. Can’t control volume or anything. Batteries does last long. Wish it answers phone calls or lets me when I get text, calls and be my personal assistant. Website is not clear and not user friendly!! Something needs to change asap other wise your going to lose a lot of customers and users!!

I really wanted to use the entire functionality of these headphones that I paid good money for but the app just can’t quit seem to stay running on my iPhone 12 long enough for me curse at it,So once again I got duped by a gimmicky product,., “Stupid Steve Stupid”I guess I should just be thankful that I didn’t catch S.A.R.S when I opened it..

Needs to be updated
This app needs to be updated, the headphones work but it wouldn’t connect to Alexa, I signed into the app just for it to crash, I cant even sign out. This app is not even close as good as the headphones itself. The app is no where near as good as the headphones. Brings the headphones rating down. Because really what’s the point of getting a headphone with Alexa if the Alex feature won’t work

App keeps crashing
Got the headphones for Christmas. The app keeps crashing on my iPhone. Can’t even get it to stay open long enough to click on anything. App works better on 1st gen iPad. At least I can watch tv shows and listen with my headphones. It will not connect to Alexa though. I have signed in many times and it keeps saying Alexa not loggin, and screens will just keep changing from wave to amazon back to wave. If these get fixed I would change to more stars. Would really like to be able to listen to my kindle books without my kids and other family members hearing some of my books. Thanks.

Alexa Head set
I’ve tried connecting the Alexa many times it doesn’t it work every time I click on the app it takes me back to my home screen so I think there needs to be more changes made and it needs to updated once you do that I will then give this app 5 Stars instead of 1 star

A clunky app?
I tried connecting to Alexa. And the hardware is built to listen to other app devices like Spotify, Pandora, etc. My complaint is that it even doesn’t work with Alexa if I don’t know this can connect better. Beats by Dr.Dre doesn’t require an app. And please update by removing the distracting BEEP sound when put to max volume. Mostly I hope your device can be wirelessly updated. (that’s a thing with Volvo and Tesla with their digital products)
