App issues

App online transfers always show error but money transfers out of your account and never reaches the receiving account. Amount doesn’t update right away. Withdrawals don’t appear fro a day or so.

A torture app!

Since the time I got this app and an account with this bank, I’ve unsuccessfully been trying to transfer in/transfer out money to and fro my account but always getting “an error occurred, try again later” kinda message. Calls to helpline, emails to customer support, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, changing devices, visits to branch have not resolved the issue. Technically, the app has not been helpful at all. Please hire some professional to fix this torture you call an app.
