$2.50 per 30min, charged for 2 hours and battery went from 6% to 61% for charging 2hours. $10 for 55% charge. Stop being so greedy and update your powerbanks. What a scam

We understand the frustration. If a phone is being used while charging, it is still draining power at the same time, which slows how fast the battery percentage increases. Going from 6% to 61% in about two hours is a normal result under real use. Our batteries are designed to get you out of a pinch while you are out, not replace a wall charger. We also keep pricing lower than many alternatives to make it an easy option when you need it. We appreciate the feedback and are always working to improve.
