Need to work in landscape on iPads
Good app but major flaw when watching movies - doesn’t work in landscape view.
Needs Updating
The app is okay on an iPhone, but does not work well on an iPad: there is no auto-rotation so you are forced to view photos/videos in portrait mode. This needs to be fixed, as viewing photos on an iPad are far better in landscape mode.

No longer playing mp3files, after iPadOS update. Just a spinning disk with ‘preparing’ underneath. 🤷♂️
I love this product but HELP!
This is one of the best accessories in my camera bag for importing photos to my Apple devices. However, recently it stopped moving videos to my photo album, says the destination is full. This is an error as I have over 100GB of free space on my device. Please help me fix this. 😰

Good Features
The device has a number of good features. However I have tried to contact support and there is no way to do that. The support link is no more than a marketing site. It would be nice for the app to function in landscape mode on the iPad. Also when viewing a document the back arrow does not respond until having tapped it numerous times on both iPhone and iPad.

iPhone issues
I downloaded the app and I bought the u drive mini a year or so ago. Worked perfect on my iPhone 6s+ but now won’t work on my new iPhone X?? Keeps asking to insert memory card. Tried to format on phone but says error? What’s happened! Was a great tool now won’t work! I’ll give it 4 stars and hope comparability to the X is sorted.

Stopped playing audio files! Stuck in “prep” mode. Tried deleting app. Restarting the iPad... nothing seems to work. Very angry...!

Where are my photos?
My iPad Air indicates I have 569 photos and 1 video in internal storage (camera roll). Your app indicates only 16 photos and 1 video. What is the problem?
It used to be good
This did work pretty well. But with the latest update, it started to crash after only a few seconds. I hope they get this fixed soon.
