Incredibly slow communication
Given the nature of filling out USPS forms and preparing important mail to be sent to an international location, customers expect communication from mail forwarding services to be prompt. Unfortunately, I had to wait several days and send two emails to get an answer about a shipping label, and no indication as to when the 1583 would be approved. All I wanted to send were a few letters but the length of time communication had taken left me with the feeling that my subscription was being milked to get another $14.99 out of me at the end of the month. Currently in the process of cancelling and requesting a refund from Apple. Avoid.
