This application was developed for the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ObGyn).
It is funded by a grant from the March of Dimes institute. It uses the IMPLICIT module questionnaire to determine the health condition of consenting maternity patients after the patients have had their newborn babies.
The information provided by the mothers is strictly confidential.
