BUILT ON THE LAW
Calculations follow the UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021) and its Executive Regulations: 21 days of basic wage for each of the first five years, 30 days for each year beyond, with the total capped at two years of basic wage.
