It’s good but still has issues
So I’m in my second class and the issues faced is ease of emailing my instructor without jumping in and out of multiple directions, and learning experiences that are not available for my iPad Pro. And when I want to send a message to app support it sends me directly to the Ashford website. So now the pluses; majority of staff are welcoming and helpful, multiple types of learning is applied and a diverse experience in each class. Would I recommend this school, yes because I’ve gone to other online programs and never got the assistance like I do here. To get a five star review the app needs to be seamless and fluid all in one app not 3 or 4 like it is currently. #leansix

Have never been able to use this app
Since I enrolled to Ashford, I have never been able to use this app on my iPad Pro. Come on! Get it working and quit trying to highlight it in your classes!

This app needs a MAJOR update. You can open to view basic discussions but non of the links to the necessary books, videos or e links work. You need to view them on a laptop. I called prior to purchasing my IPAD PRO and was told Ashford app is available for Ipad pro but now it does not work! I could have saved $500 and gotten a laptop.

App is still broken - no grades; Bridgepoint how can you allow the app to remain in this condition ? This is part of what we are paying for! Your lack of responsiveness is disheartening to say the least.
The App needs help, right now!
This is normally a great app, however it's still buggy, after the update. Waiting on the tech gurus to work a miracle!
Update didn't fix everything
This last update made it so you can view the coursework, but you cannot view the grade book, it displays 0% for the grade.
Worked Great Until Update
This app was my go to for doing discussions but now I cannot see anything in my courses. This app is now worthless to attempt to use as it's worthless and unusable for anything now. It needs to be updated and debugged ASAP.
The app is unusable under 10.1
I can't see anything nor I can fully enjoy the easiness of the mobile app. Make it usable under 10.1 please!

Nothing works right. You can just see course description. I'm using an iPad on current iOS. My phone app works fine but you can't exactly do anything productive from a cell phone.

This app worked great until the last update. At this point the application is useless because it's not pulling up nothing but the course description. Pleas fix this ASAP!!!
Very Basic
First I noticed that this app has not been updated since April 2015. Really?? There are so many things that could be updated. For example, it would be great to be able to take quizzes on my tablet. That should be basic. It is nice that I can post to discussions but this app is very basic and lackluster. There is potential if someone would just take the time to look at this app. I feel like this app was wanted, someone created it and then never looked at it again. It is time for an UPDATE please.

Not so good.
This app hasn't been updated since April 2015 & needs help. I would like to utilize my classroom like the desktop. Please update soon.
Authentication error
This app worked great for a while and then all of a sudden logged me out. When I tried to log back in, I continuously received an Authentication error - LMS unavailable. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app but it still does the same. This has been an issue for several months now. It's frustrating! Please fix!

Not Fully Optimized of iOS
I like the app and for the most part I am able to get basic things done. There is room for improvement. We should be able to take quizzes in the app and view all videos from the weekly overview within the app as well. These and a few other things still require me to pick up my laptop when I am trying to fully rely on my iPad for school.
