Doesn’t work
Why do apps that are related to businesses always so faulty? I spent over an hour trying and failing to login despite having the wrong info, only receiving “unable to log in” while I can log in on the website I can’t on this forsaken app, I’ve seen malware with more care and thought put into it than this MANDATORY BUSINESS APP that is responsible for tracking work hours to ensure workers are paid for their work

Can’t log into the app
I’ve been using this app for about five months now and on multiple occasions I couldn’t clock out after a shift because the button wasn’t there to clock out and now I’m trying to clock into work and it’s saying my company ID does not exist
Operational?
This app doesn’t allow me to perform even one of the services advertised in the App Store Preview. Legit, I can just punch in and out at the location I’m working. That’s it.
I can't even log in to set it up
Complete and utter trash. I'm trying to clock out right now, as a matter of fact, and I can't, because this app is so bad that it doesn't even recognize text inputs. I'm serious, I literally cannot type my login info. The app opens, it asks me to log in, the text box appears, I tap it and start typing, but nothing appears.
I don't understand how a company can be this incompetent. They quite literally fail to do the one and only thing they claim they can do. I'm beyond disappointed, I'm actually impressed by just how awful this app is. It's quite literally unusable.

Connection Issue
The app worked fine for the first 3 days. But when I tried access the past two days, I kept getting a connection error. I updated the app even un-installed it and redownloaded the app only to keep getting the same error message.
Garbage
I swear I hate this app. Its workflow is disgusting. They keep making updates that make the app worse every update from mis sized boxes to mis sized text. Terrible scroll boxed where if you happen to click out of it by accident because it’s mis sized, the whole scroll wheel resets and you gotta start over. This app is like paying to work another job to use. I wouldn’t recommend this app or company to anyone. Wish I could give it zero stars.

There should be a way to set up some reminders to punch back in from lunch or what time to punch in so that you don’t lose hours, but evidently that’s probably what they want

I am constantly having issues with this app. I have employees that use it to clock in and out. It’s buggy and freezes up. I have not been able to login to do their time for four days.
Slow, buggy and crashes
As the title suggests, the app is slow to start up and I’ve noticed the same bug multiple times, like sometimes it doesn’t clock in and i have to close the app completely (which takes time to start up) and double check if I’m clocked in. And random crashes all aboard. I’ve already complained to my company and we are looking an alternative.

Offer update fixing bugs please! Constantly get kicked off the app before I am able to even press any buttons.

I try to log into app to log my time for work and everyone is having issues and considering this is how we get paid this is a giant problem.

First off we have been using this app at my job for over 2 years. This app has major problems! Most of the time I can’t even get it to open! It was supposed to keep track of our vacation and sick time which it does neither! The app hasn’t even been updated in over a year!
Garbage app
Doesn’t even deserve a single star. These systems never work. They are always down and malfunctioning. The app has to be deleted and reinstalled every time you use.
