Said my Global ID was not found
I’m trying to create an account but it’s not letting me because it’s saying my global is not found.
I can’t log in
I put in my global ID and I apparently already set up an account but the highlighted text that reads “Forgot password” doesn’t do anything when I press on it. I need to reset the password but I can’t. Need help.

Joke of a app
This app never works… it signs you out then tells you your password is wrong when you know it’s not… on top of all that then it says it can send you your password cause something went wrong.. this app is a waste of time and union dues
