Since the update the app has been trash. It keeps crashing and doesn’t want to let in into my own damn account. It’s declining everything just for me to have to go back and authorize making it inconvenient when trying to purchase simple things like gas or food. It’s annoying and honestly yall should have left the app alone it was fine.

Been with UBank for several years now. I have never had any problems they will always make sure I’m taking care with my financial situations.

I absolutely love that UBank mobile banking app is so extremely user friendly and super convenient. All the security features are easy to activate and use. Keep up the great work guys!
Slow to open
The app is great once you are able to access it. 8/10 times it takes FOREVER for it to load the sign in screen to use biometrics. Sometimes when you are in a bind you need to see your information instantly not 30 seconds up to hours later. There are days it just won’t open. I depend on my banking this way so it’s super annoying.

Login glitch
Even after waiting months to redo the login process, because I’ve been using the internet/webpage to actually view my account. I’m still not about to access. I’ve called numerous times to get the app reset or anything to no avail. Even resetting my password to even login. So at this point it’s a dusting my hands for the negative review.

It doesn’t work half the time; this app and UBank not being open on Saturday may be the reason I bank elsewhere.
Mobile Deposit never works!
I can never get the mobile deposit to work on any check that I have that is written from a UBank account! Any other accounts work fine. Going to be changing banks next week.

Convenient
This app is very user friendly. I can access my balance real easily. I have a habit of forgetting my password so the instant balance is a life saver. I definitely would recommend this app.

I just updated my app and I really like the newest features. I use bill pay and love that I can create new contacts without ever having to log into my computer. The mobile deposit option works great and is very user friendly. I love UBANK!
Great App
I use this to check my balance daily! I just made my first deposit with mobile banking and it was so easy. Money showed up in my account within 30 minutes. Love the convenience!! 5 star!!!

It’s all right
The app so far so good. I don’t really use the app much but when I do it’s to make a deposit. This is my only complaint and it’s been this way for awhile. The deposits are not instant, and they should be. I have been with HSB now U Bank for 30+ years and my deposit should be done instantly. I deposit the same check, same amount every month. I also bank with USAA and U Bank should really shadow them bc they have it down. All checks I deposit with USAA go through immediately.

New updates are great!
Solid Mobile Banking app. Clean, easy to use, and the new updates with the rebrand have enhanced my mobile banking experience. It seems to go down every so often but has never caused much issue for me.
I rarely ever go to an actual branch location for banking so having a fully functional mobile option with quick mobile deposit, internal/external transfers, and bill management that works well is very important to me, and this app delivers on just about all categories. Would prefer integration with Apple Pay though, but that may be more of an account/debit card thing. For a community bank, this app is great over-all.

Not impressed
Takes entirely way to long for this app to open.
Does not even deserve one star
I put in $40 in my account yesterday and now its gone !it doesn’t show it on the app or my card.This bank needs to get better !
