Stole my money, errors instead of dispatching a driver
Tried using this app as an Uber analogue here, i filled my wallet to hire taxis but it just errors instead of submitting a ride.
Many issues
the app gives too many errors and the fun part is the errors don’t say anything to understand what’s wrong, just like coding error shows internal error. the worst part is i always login with english then the app switches to mongolian after a while then i have to keep signing out and signing in again with english. why can’t just stay in english ?

Way too expensive
Way too expensive. 2 km ride being 10k MNT is just insane. And it doesnt even matter whether its rush hour or not. This is not dynamic pricing, it just a bad value. Seeing the CEO make baffling comments about economics and government is just embarassing. How about focusing on delivering a quality, affordable product thats actually feasible for customers before all the nonsense about everything else? If people cant justify using the service for short and everyday trips, the product is already failed.

None of my credit cards are being accepted
I have a wise Visa card, a Revolut Mastercard, two other Visa cards, one from PNC and the other from Bill. I am putting them in all correct, and it keep saying Уучлаарай, та картын мэдээллээ шалгана уу. I can’t use the app and I’ll be tracking around for business frequently. Please fix this as soon as possible. It’s unfortunate because the app has potential, but it’s very dysfunctional.

Payment issue
I paid for a cab in cash but it’s marked as unpaid by the driver. So my only option is to pay again if I want to use the app… fee was 20k so no small amount

Trouble with app
This app is the only taxi app I was able to find for my travels to Mongolia. App setup went smoothly, I was able to hail at the airport and get to my hotel. I paid the driver in cash after seeing the bill. This is where the trouble began. The trip was never marked final/paid so the driver has made a request to be paid by credit in the app. This has completely locked out my ability to do anything in the app - including logout and hail a new ride. I have messaged via Instagram since I cannot use the basic service and it has not been resolved yet.
When I asked the hotel to call me a cab that driver tried something similar with the employees account.
Moral of the story, load a card so you can pay with the app and always make sure the trip is completed before the driver leaves. There is a helpful green field that appears at the top when to indicate that the trip has been completed. The technology is pretty good, but the customer experience when something goes wrong is pretty challenging.

Not working
I haven’t yet received the verification text message to a US number nor a Mongolian number. Friend was able to use an American number to use the app. Be aware that payment is now possible through the app. If you pay cash, make sure the driver marks it in his app and that your app shows that payment was made before getting out of the vehicle. Drivers may not mark the fare as paid and you won’t be able to call another cab without paying again. It seems like a common scam by drivers.

I already paid the driver and the app is forcing me to pay the driver double otherwise it won’t let me book other rides. No support whatsoever. Lousy app

My mom lost her phone in one of the taxis. The company called the driver for me. He said there was no phone. The company had no way to return it. Two weeks later, I found out the driver gave himself 4 star from my mom's phone. Oh, and the ever increasing prices...

Works as expected
It works as good as industry leading apps(unfortunately they are still not available in Mongolia), if not better. Signing up is much easier, since you only need working phone number. Had couple of issues with the payment from TDB app to khaan bank's account, but those issues were easily handled by doing the transactions manually and driver clicking button on their device. It may be bit of and hard to find taxis during peak hour, but overall pretty good. Thanks UbCab

Doesn’t allow using international numbers
For someone who has roaming and doesn’t need to buy a local SIM for 2 days - they should allow you to use a foreign number to sign up, but alas…
Mostly useful
Really essential for getting around UB, but the taxi drivers are often angry that my phone number is my previous number and they can’t call me. For the past year I’ve tried to update many time, I get the confirmation code texted to me but when I enter it the app shows and error. So with no way to update the number I’m stuck with annoyed cabbies.
