Wish it updated balance more frequently
The use is great but it can take hours or even days to see my actual balance after a transaction or withdrawal has been made. I don’t know why it takes so long to be posted it can get confusing to see how much money I actually have

FACE ID ISSUE/INTERAC FEES TOO HIGH
Face ID turns off every time you open the app. Have to keep enabling it every single time. Interac e-transfer fees are high $1.49. Considering not using this

Face ID keeps crashing on ios26
On iOS26, the face ID keeps crashing as passkey. It requires to setup every single time. I'm pretty sure it is the app issue as it works fine my other apps. Please fix it thanks.

Login issues: Face ID and phone number reset frequently
Even though I have enabled Face ID for login, the app constantly asks me to re-enable it after a short period. Worse, sometimes it even requires me to manually re-enter my phone number. I’m not sure if this is a bug or a deliberate security mechanism, but it is very inconvenient. Please fix this so the login settings actually stay saved.

Face detection doesn’t work!
Sometimes face detection doesn’t work in the login page. Then have to set face recognition again and after sometimes faces same problem again.
