Never had an issue with the app
My company switched to this app from NextCrew and I haven’t had an issue. Clock in and outs are easy and seamless. Company updates and notifications are instant. Never had an issue with anything while using this app.
I don’t like it
It even didn’t ask me to give permission to access my photos or location or anything, its just come by default, which i don’t approve it ! I can’t even change in settings, simply because I can’t find this app in settings … weird
Not reliable enough
For being the only way to track work hours at my job- it’s so buggy and frustrating. Please don’t force this app on any employees 😭
So many glitches
This app is so buggy and slow. We have it for work and it makes us lose time on the job because the app takes for ever to open at times. When you click certain buttons it takes it’s sweet time. Why is it so laggy for simple buttons? Why is this app causing so many features to slow down as well when I’m trying to sign in. It’s such a waste of time navigating through the app. It makes it very difficult to use. Absolutely terrible app. Don’t download it

Worst app I’ve ever used
This app doesn’t function at all. It’s all glitch. It’s incredibly poorly done. Everything that should be simple is made needlessly difficult and confusing and is riddled with contradictory information and impossible to follow instructions. On top of that it constantly threatens you that if you do anything slightly wrong it will charge you fees or withhold your payment. When you work a gig job here you have to fill out many extremely complicated and confusing forms on several different websites that are similarly glitchy which makes the whole process almost impossible to do correctly. These forms take about another hour of extra unpaid labor to fill out and you have to do them for each day you work or they threaten to withhold your payment. I have never had to fill out any complicated forms like this at any other gig job I’ve ever done in the past so it’s not like it’s the standard necessary forms, it’s just unnecessary labor. I have done a lot of gig work and used several apps and websites to do so and never have I had the displeasure of using an app as bad as this. Hire more people with unnatural colored hair on your development team or something cause this app just straight up doesn’t work. I don’t know how it even got released let alone how any businesses went along with using it. I will not be working any jobs that require this app in the future. Using this app was so bad it made the gig which otherwise would have been enjoyable and worthwhile into something miserable and not worth the pay for the labor and difficulty involved.

Disappointed
Less capabilities than other crew apps. No ability to choose cities to work in. It should at least be 10 cities for a preference. No ability to personally message project managers. No calendar option. When PDF’s are given for further instruction there is no ability to download for printing or to save it!!! This part really sucks big time. The company should just shutter the app and start over. Accessibility options like making type larger or thicker are not there.

An intuitive app for scheduling staff that work events. This is great for both management and workers who need to quickly grab a shift and know where to go and when! Everything we need is included in one place

Bad layout & issues
The app layout is terrible, the colours the font etc. My company previously used PARiM, so much better and organised. This app doesn’t even let me clock out. It just shows me a QR, then says check in.
Horrible
It keeps saying “could not verify. Please re-open the app.” I can’t even setup an account????

App won’t allow me to register with phone number
This app was suggested by an employer so that I could book work. I’ve downloaded and deleted the app twice. Each time, I open the app it asks me to input my phone number. Every time I attempt to do that it says phone number can’t be verified and never allows me move on to register. It’s so frustrating.

Can’t view income
Have updated many times and searched the app top to bottom, there is no way to view my income unless I randomly get a income notification and click into it.

Cannot login. Been trying to register/login with my number but the page stays the same. Been trying to 2 days straight however cannot login.
