Good app but always remaining balance is unusable
This app only lets you top up in fixed amounts of €5, €10, or €20. The problem is that your remaining balance is almost never enough to buy even one ticket, which means you can’t fully use up your credit.
This is especially frustrating if you’re only using the app temporarily — for example, when visiting Slovakia — because once you leave, any leftover balance just sits there unused. You don’t want to top up again just to spend a few cents, but without topping up, the remaining credit is essentially wasted.
From a user experience perspective, this is poor design. It traps people with unusable leftover credit instead of letting them spend exactly what they have.

Doesn’t work
Not sure what’s the issue atm but it’s weather not showing how much credit I have left or (and this is new) I am not able to purchase ticket whatsoever.. so imagine waiting for the transport and won’t be able to get a ticket on the app you put your money in……… unreliable
Card information not stored / top-up amount only 5€
This app is a time saver for buying tickets in Slovakia for public transport (DPMK), but there are some limitations! The function for storing card information when topping up your balance can be enabled. Still, you need to enter your card details over and over again for topping up your balance, and can't reuse a card you store before.
Update 13.3.2022:
The function for using stored card info when buying tickets is still not working. Anyhow, when using a web browser to login into your account, you can see that card details are being stored. Still, this doesn’t help you when buying tickets for DPM via the app.
Secondly, the function for changing the top-up amount appears to be fixed. Now you can increase your top up amount in 5€-steps.
