I would give it 5 āļøās but this app doesnāt work. I canāt log in. All I get is a spinning wheel. Iāve tried using the website for help in fixing the issue but no luck. When trying to use support they state the have an answer but none of it works. Reset WiFi password and many other steps but yeah it seems hopeless.

Thereās is no point to this app
There is no purpose to this app or Ubisoft connect. Donāt make people sign up for this to play single player games.

Ubisoft is quite possibly the worst gaming company there is, if you have any problems with any of their games or services youāre expected to message them and wait hours for a response and typically take weeks to resolve any of your problems, i recently purchased Ubisoft+ premium and have it linked to my xbox account but got nothing associated with the subscription I restarted my xbox expecting that to resolve the issue but it did absolutely nothing i contacted xbox which took a whole 5 minutes and they told me to contact ubisoft which i was hoping i didnāt have to do hence an ongoing problem with them making my email address my gamertag which doesnāt allow me access to the email because it was taken by someone else i contacted them previously to fix the problem and they told me to go on the email to resolve my problem so essentially telling me to hack someone else's account to gain access to my own, they have absolutely no number to call no other form of communication other than their horrible chat that takes hours for a response so long story short they stole my money for the subscription that i canāt access and will continue to charge me $22.56 every month until i gain access to an email that isnāt mine please save yourself the hassle and stay away from anything related to Ubisoft theyāre out dated and there are plenty of other and better games to be playing.

Achievements not showing
Older games doesnāt show achievements in the app. For example, Farcry 4 doesnāt show achievements (while it is visible in PC app), but AC Mirage does.

Do not waste your time or money with this garbage Company.
I have been playing Rainbow Six Siege for years. Iāve dumped countless dollars into this game buying the battlepass every season as well as in game cosmetics. And after years of loyalty to this Garbage company some how some one was able to waltz in and steal my account and change all the information without any permission from me. The only āsupportā they offer is a ticket submission in which youāll submit a request for customer service and theyāll completely ignore it. No wonder this P.O.S. company is going under. Good riddance. Thanks for giving my account to the first guy to come along and ask for it.

Cannot get into a game I purchased. Tried resetting password but no email came. Another user in our house logged in and got an error message that the service was unavailable.

Not user friendly. Iāve been trying to add my number for a couple weeks now. And I keep getting a error code. I would like to play ranked on siege sometime soon please. Very frustrated.
So bad
Laggy on console, PC connect canāt even detect if a game is on or not, laggy on PC too. They focused on literally everything else but the core mechanics of game launch and friend invites. Takes to long for game launch on Pc. End review. P.S the thing is that itās the only way anyway so they can make it as bad as they want. Ubisoft is bad at literally everything they do. Name me ONE example.

I enjoy the rewards
If you play a lot of Ubisoft titles, having this is more than worth it. You accumulate points by doing challenges. Which means simply playing the game. You get points that you can spend on unique in game rewards. Itās always worth it. My username is Frosteeflakes so anyone feel free to add me
