Poorly designed app and Worst Service
Compared to the banking & Money transfer apps in UK this should not have been allowed. Customer service is the worst.
Don’t update new version
Latest version requires you to allow access to your location, camera and notifications. Naturally you don’t want to allow this due to privacy concerns. I have deleted this app as without allowing these you cannot use the app. UBL should reconsider and remove these requirements as no one is going to agree to these terms.

KEEP AWAY
App is useless when you have issue with payment transfer, you get through staff who are clueless and make your blood boil.

Not a good app
Worst app, not showing what you have typed adding beneficiaries is nightmare. A new graduate can make a better app than this. UBL work on this dont go to 3rd class developers it damage your reputation also.
Crashing
Since I download in new iPhone 13 I have a lot of issues with typing whenever I type my email I can’t see I tried to delete and reinstall but still I have same issue

I got locked out of my account and they can’t help me re login. Such poor customer service and poorly built app.

Reason for remittances like charit, gift etc
Source should be add prize and compansation etc
These options should be accomodated on the app to make more competitive

Shitt app
You cant get worse then this app unskilled people on help desk tell you we have updated your password you will get an email shortly which you never get then tried to change password from app luckily got email and changed the password then again tried to log in and it says you cant log in call the same stupid people again who are wasted your time earlier i mean is this is a joke... Are you guys deliberately want to waste time or is this your hobby .. just shame on you I would never use this app again trust me i am very upset that you have wasted my 3 hrs and gave me service like this just shame on you #UBL

Have you ever checked your new user sign up page.
It just wont give you correct error what it require from you even if you filled a non mandatory fields and why is land line a mandatory field some people wont have a landline
And also have you seen your rates your offering, why would someone compelled to use your 0 grade app if you cant offer a competitive rates you’re supposed to offer best rates of all as you are pakistan’s local bank

you are too much bheind, like British Pounds In PKR is at the moment is equal to 186 PKR plus and yours is 182, so its too much different

I was told to update the App did that and it kept closing not allowing me to make any payments
