Great and Fast customer service
I had an event where I was going to print out the attendee list on paper but decided to give the scanner app a try. I couldn’t find the app at first but called and got someone on the phone right away to send me to the correct app. It’s very simple to use and I was able to get people through the door much quicker than with a paper list.

Super easy to scan people in
This app is great and made scanning in people to the event a breeze - had our staff use multiple devices to set up multiple check-in lines and it worked perfectly!
Doesn’t work
The app is very unstable. I downloaded it just a month ago, and out of that month, it has not worked for 7 days. It has been dysfunctional for the past 3 days and is still not working as I write this review.
