So app is not working. Not able to login with error ‘unable to connect to domain’

This app has been nothing but trouble.
Worst app ever
I just spent 34 minutes with a tech specialist after spending near that amount of time on my own trying to make this glitchy app work. I am reasonably proficient in tech and have only had similar issues with one other app — the original app.
