App performance
App lags a lot and takes too much time to load. I think there should be some work done on its backend and improve user experience
Compatibility
Is not compatible with iOS 14. They have not updated the app in 11 months.
Tedious
I have to use this to click in and out, and it is a 10-step process. It will not save your username and it will not allow push notifications to be remembered (it informs my that cookies are not enabled, which is wrong).
Use this for a self-guided tour of Queens, NY
We came to see the University and take the self-guided tour except that the accompanying map shows Queens, NY. How about assigning an app fix to the CIS students? This app is embarrassing to the University of Cincinnati.
It’s not reliable or worth having
UC doesn’t care about its students. That’s why this app is so poorly designed, maintained and updated. A year ago they “updated” it, but without actually improving or fixing what was complained about.
