Need IPhone X update

Used to work fine on my iPhone 7 Plus since I’ve got my iPhone X this app is very poor can’t receive incoming calls!! I don’t think this app compatible with my new phone not happy at all.

They don't support there product!

When I first started to use the communicator it worked. My phone is an IPhone 6 when it automatically updated the software the communicator stop working. I gathered the logs and had work open a ticket under our account. The guy that open the ticket said don't expect fast service. It's been over three months and we have not heard a word. We would dump the company but in contract. Don't sign contract with Broadsoft!!!!
