Unworkable with iPhone
I am forced to use this app due to by ISP. It makes the softphone service basically useless because it doesn’t work properly in the background on iPhone. I suspect it caused my receptionists Google phone to overheat. This app is the only problem with the functioning of my softphone. I can see complaints stem back 4 years. Developer- you must Fix this!! People won’t mind paying just fix it so it doesn’t make a softphone useless on iPhone. Shame on you TPG for exclusively partnering with an unworkable app.

Do not buy this
Completely rubbish. Waste of time. Spent 2 hours on the phone and still couldn’t get it fixed. Ridiculous.

Bane of my life
I’m a new business owner and use BOnline for VOIP calling. It’s been a disaster and I would in NO way recommend it.
Does not ring
Support told me I have to have the app in the foreground for it to ring. Otherwise if the phone is on standby it will not ring.
Problematic but can work OK with a bit of hacking
This app does deserve its one-star rating for having gone so long without any update or even transparency regarding a frustrating inability to receive calls to a locked/sleeping iPhone but I have found a reliable workaround for this if you have a mobile phone number to use.
Within the settings menu of the app itself, make sure you have ALL Call Forwarding options enabled EXCEPT “Always Forward”. This will cause all incoming calls to the VOIP number to be redirected to a mobile phone if the VOIP line is unavailable. This process does not disclose the forwarded number to the calling party—that will remain private.
This will not work if the device using the app does not have a mobile phone number associated.
Feeling a strong 2 to light 3 on this app. Definitely needs this incoming call issue to be rectified ASAP. Also lacks some other rudimentary functions like being able to copy/paste a phone number to call. Hard to believe that this is being rolled out by big corporate telecommunications, go figure.

Doesn’t receive calls to your phone
Very unhappy with how this works. It’s a shame, as the idea in principle is great. Can you fix the issues, all of which have been mentioned in reviews a million times over, ASAP?!?!?!
App won’t ring unless app is running in foreground and unlocked
So unless you have the app running in the foreground the app won’t ring, extremely disappointing.
CallKit not working!
Updated oct 17, 2018 and still not working if app is logged but not open! The purpose of this app is to be able to ring without having it oppened. Will not work with CarPlay if the app is not open. Please fix so your customers are happy!
Live on the road...
This app is indispensable. I live on the road and this is the only way I can stay in-touch with the home office. I chat, talk and communicate. Great job on the app!!
Calls are bot coming through
The only way I can receive a call is if I actively have the app open. But if i’m using other apps or have my phone next to me while doing other things, not even one call gets through.
Does not work anymore with iPhone.
3 days ago the app stopped getting calls. The company has done nothing to fix it. Maybe scott there cto does not know it is broken

As the other comment mentioned, this app is unfortunately useless as incoming call alerts don’t work unless you actually have the app open and in focus on your phone. This has been broken a long time now, would very much appreciate a fix ASAP.
Too Buggy to bother
They should not release something that can’t do the fundamentals!
Everything is buggy - even calls don’t work - it hangs up after 2mins all the time. Can’t past numbers into the dial screen. App freezes and resets. Deleting and downloading fresh didn’t solve anything.

Strange iOS behavior
If your provider doesn’t use https as their main URL; forget about using this app. Neither the provider or Broadsoft will fix this to be able to use http.
Basically useless
The app will NOT receive calls if your iPhone is locked or the app is just running in the background. It also behaves differently depending on whether the phone is using the cellular network (works) or wifi (receives calls 50% of the time). It has no use if my staff cannot reliably take calls from the lock screen as with a normal call or a Skype or Whatsapp call. Please tell me you can fix this.

Callkit integration doesn't work. Not IOS10 compatible. Device will only ring when app is open and in foreground.
No background support since iOS 10.2
It doesn't appear that this app has been updated to use Pushkit APIs. Callkit has been deprecated as of iOS 10.2 and no inbound calls can be received whilst the app is in the background or phone is locked. Without this support the application is essentially useless save for outbound calls.
Doesn't Work!
Just gives an error message and won't connect. Multiple complaints since the 24/12/16 update yet no bug fix or roll back in three months! Terrible.
