Buggy and poorly maintained
We have just moved to this system and it’s ok on desktop but the mobile app is frustrating. It logs you out frequently and required 2FA but never sends a message (it instead sends an email). Needs a lot of work.
Frustrating
So..... this worked fine on my Mac and iPhone but when I tried to use on my iPad pro it would crash on opening. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but I get the same result. Any ideas??
Glitchy
The app is very difficult to use on IPhone and often when trying to sort dates it glitches and won’t save changes. Very frustrating!
Good but frustrating
I have trouble recording attendance on my iPhone, it’s often confusing how to do it. When I put a comment at the bottom of attendance, I can’t see what I’m typing, I have to keep checking by clicking on done, and go back to it, rather frustrating. It’s not clear on how to edit or remove people from groups either. It’s often easier to just go on the desktop, but time consuming, than on phone

Almost unusable
Not designed for iPhone X, several obvious bugs that come up when scrolling through and navigating this app. Needs serious improvement.
I log into UCare through my phone’s web browser and it works so much better (when it really shouldn’t).
