What’s going on?
For the second day, I am unable to open this app. I normally use it every day, with the usual issues, which I’ve become accustomed to. Not being able to access my account at all, however, is beyond annoying. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled, turned phone off/on, etc., with zero success. Do you have any suggestions because I’m now at a complete loss.

Terrible!
I had to delete and redownload app to get the notification icon to go away even though I had no alert on the app. Now my Face ID won’t load and the app shuts off when I try to open it. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Crashes
Very convenient and easy to pay my bills, except the app is extremely buggy and freezes/crashes all the time even after most recent update
Poor formatting and limited functionality
Not formatted for iPhone X and later, and cannot click inside power outage report forms.
Love this app
Makes it very convenient to pay your bill and keep up with your balance if you do prepaid.
Missing outage info
Description says you can do everything that is on website. There is no place to look at outages in this app. I also tried to look at outages via my phone browser and the mobile version of the web page does notshow them either. So bottom line if a customer does not have a tablet or pc that can get on line during an outage there is no way to get info since the phone lines are always busy.
