At the moment I can't register! It will not accept anything I put in the Fitbit number ?

This app looks really great, but I can't get past the registration to find out. When I try to register, I get an error message, but it doesn't give any clues about what the error is or help with resolving it. I tried numerous user names and passwords. Then I tried to go to the website that is shown, but it is all in another language and there is no way to enter it without a user name and password. This process has wasted quite a bit of my time, but I sure would like to see it resolved.
