Good...when the app doesn't crash
Good concept and one of the first apps of its kind, but many hair products aren’t in the system, so you often have to enter ingredients manually. It also crashes veryy frequently, and the only fix is deleting and reinstalling the app each time. The idea is great, but the constant troubleshooting makes it hard to keep using.

Changed my hair journey!
I have WRESTLED finding hair products that work for my hair and wasted a ton of money buying something that doesn’t work and having to get something else. The recommendations along with explanations of my hair type has changed the game for me. So far i love every product I’ve tried!

I LOVE this app. I just got in my new products, and my hair has never looked shinier, healthier, and this defined. I also love the tiktok vids, which have also helped me out a lot.
