Does the job, but the formatting and Ux could be better

Compared to the reviews from 14 years ago this app has come a long way and it’s easy to use and helpful with everything put together in one place. Can’t imagine being at UCL without this!!
Poor
The app is slow and clunky. Its features are incredibly useful but it is difficult to use them at times. My timetable is currently not displaying for example.

It was a great one stop app which worked from any device.
The latest release has a bug forcing windows for any of the launched applications to open in only 1/3 of the screen on a tablet making it unuseable.
Fingers crossed this gets fixed.

Timetable works
Can’t log in
I have been trying to log in into the app since past few days, and it doesn’t let me. Please fix this issue
Worst app I have ever used
It’s a good app...when it works. It always crashes and gives me problems when I try using functions like the timetable, and it won’t refresh my timetable. Either that or it keeps asking me to log in after I’ve already logged in multiple times. Refreshing the app dosent work. The only way I have been able to fix it is by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which is obviously tedious after a while. It’s really a pity as this app has so much potential.

Keeps Crashing!
I love the concept and as a new student was looking forward to having something handy for when on the go, however it keeps crashing. I’m hoping they can fix it!

Crashes constantly
Many tabs cause app to crash, can’t access timetable. Only thing that reliably works is the TfL information tab... Very frustrating.

The timetable always crashes, I’m in 3rd yr and I have never been able to rely on it 😡
Needs work.
This is a great concept but the realisation is buggy. Frequent crashes and lockups, the timetable seems to update only when it feels like it (regardless of attempts to force it manually), and since updating to iOS 12 it simply doesn’t work at all.
