The verification code error

The verification code is not working for my child and she is very interested in this app and wants to do her flash card to improve fast skills for her ucmas online class. My daughters teacher signed up for her to do this but this app is not working and she is the is not on the top 3 for fast speed she’s last her teacher said she needs to improve her fast skills so if u don’t have the right chance to get this app dont beacuse if u do have the right code and I doesn’t work don’t download it again. So there is bugs that need to be fixed so please fix the bugs ASAP so our children have the chance to have the ability to be able to have a beautiful talent of ucmas of fake improvement skills .my daughters teacher gives trophy’s for 1 rank speed my daughter needs the ability to be able to do this app to help her improve the skills of abacus/mental sums for good rank.please fix the bugs.
