This app was written in 2015 (according to copyright notice) and I doubt it has been updated since. After the iOS 18 update it doesn’t work at all.
Barely usable
The location finder doesn't work, classes barely work, the app proportions are wrong, it's difficult to navigate.

Old Ancient App
This app hasn’t been updated in four years and can’t really be functional in day to day use. For example, it always is unable to create a pass in Apple Wallet. Please update this app it looks like it was once developed under a iPhone 3GS.

Just garbage. Does UCSF has an IT service? Does not look like it.
Embarrassingly Bad
If possible, this app is worse than ever. I’m embarrassed that I pay for a gym membership that relies on this buggy, non functional software.

Useless. Slow. Crashes. Won’t give me my passbook ID card. Does literally nothing it says it will do. Complete waste of time.

Poor app. Won’t let you complain because all the “nicknames”are supposedly taken.
This app is garbage
This app does not reflect what you have in your series sales. For example, if you purchased a ten series the app will often times short change you by 3, you ended up have to constantly call the front desk to schedule or reschedule. Stopped by the front desk person and the answer is, "what do you want me to do?". Checking schedule is ok, otherwise, it's very buggy.

A lot more steps to sign up for classes
This is the second time they are rolling out this program and you would think they’ve solved all the kinks but it’s taking longer to sign up for classes or cancelling.
And forget pressing home button!!! You can be STUCK there till you finally log off and sign back in again.

Wallet Pass is useful
I like the add to Wallet feature, however the location suggestion only works at Parnassus. The developers need to add the Mission Bay location to the Pass configuration.
Needs work
I like not having to tote my membership card and use the app instead. The search for fitness class function does not work at all.
