Not working on IOS

Trying to use on IOS device since December 2023, but didn’t work, also email and complaint to support but i think TEAM UDHAAR APP is sleeping…. That’s why they are unable to reply of emails and read the comments.

App crash when i choose

App crashes when i add customer add karein option on udhar menu however im using cash in and out system its working well add my cash working too but since the main moto and purpose is calculating udhar soo hope so crashing it will resolve soon since its happening since i downloaded the app im using it from one day still crash add udhar menu i can send a video

Whenever i want to write discription words agay pechy ho jatay
New update ka baad sa issue arha ha pehlay theek tha
Likho kuch ata kuch hay bar bar thek kerna parta

WhatsApp sharing issues n others

Overall app UI is good but not optimized with whatsapp it’s never works when you clicked on whatsapp pdf sharing option… app lagg issue as well … app need to be optimized with iOS 16.2

We're working on it to make sure you don't face the same issues in the next update. The app is available on PC as well (web.udhaar.pk), you can use that for the time being. Thank you! P.S. Unable to download report or send to Whatsaap

Firstly, I would like to appreciate the initiate behind Udhaar book, I understand that it’s specialized for stores and inventory management but I’ve been using it for my personal money management and sales and expenses of my startup and I must say that it brings a lot of ease to me.
Secondly, the app needs a fix because I’m unable to download and send my reports on whatsaap even though the app gives me an option for that. Once this bug is fixed, this app deserves 5 stars. Hoping for your technical team to take quick action to fix this, Thank you!
