Why wasn’t this a thing until now?
My chiropractor uses this app. He sent me a recap of the important info and then sent 2 videos of me doing exercises the proper way so I can get stronger. I shared the video with my wife and she was over the moon being able to see everything that was important without having to attend my session.

I love Udo! Recently, I had some medical appointments that called for me to list my medications and other medical history information. The Udo app has made all my medical information easily available to me and my doctors. Recording my appointments has been a game changer! Thanks Udo!
