The sound is good, not noise canceling at all and the fit is horrible
Eventually the fit will become loose and you have to mold it again but after a week, it will be loose again. Customer service said I need to purchase more PLASTIC tips. I’m not going to keep buying more plastic tips. It’s wasteful and pointless for the user. I can just get headphones that don’t need to be “molded” and have a better surround sound quality. Once they’re loose, say good bye to them staying in your ears. The app is also not helpful. They loose connection. If one is dead, it won’t indicate any battery life until you leave it on for a full day. They die very fast. No full day charge. The app is only good for creating a perfect sound for your ears but no matter what, it won’t be loud enough to cancel out the sounds of the city.

Earbuds are great, app is slow and buggy
Love the earbuds, best I’ve ever had. But the app is garbage. Super slow to open, slow to pair, slow to update settings etc. Generally a pain to use all around.

Genuinely Useless
Unfortunately no matter the tech outreach, or resetting of mine, I cannot get both earbuds to connect consistently to my phone much less the app, even when fully charged. Now I cannot get the Bluetooth to pick it up at all - so I cannot use either of them, even after resetting them again. Literally used less than 20 times. Would not purchase again.

Terrible Customer Service
The absolute worst customer service experience. Ordered the UE fits which need the custom ear forms sent back. My package didn’t have the return label, so I’ve been going ROUNDS being transferred all over kingdom come trying to get a simple label sent. 2 hours with customer service agents who barely speak English and I still don’t have a simple label that was supposed to be INCLUDED in the BOX from the start! Dont waste your time.

Bids sound good - app says it can’t find them though
This app is 100% useless. Starts up and says it needs Bluetooth permissions to connect to the FITS. Sure. Despite listening to music using set up connected fits, this app says it can’t find any.
Restarted the app, restarted, my phone, paired, unpaired, and re-paired without any progress.
Unfortunately you really need the app, otherwise just a set of decent BT IEMs that don’t quite fit right. And you can’t order aftermarket foam tips or anything.
Love my older wired UE IEMs, but this is just ridiculous. it doesn’t matter how good your hardware is the software prevent you from using it.

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmm what?
I don’t really understand the bad reviews here. I tried a bunch of different products before hearing about these nothing fit right. Even the foam ones that are almost like earplugs they either wouldn’t seal or just fall out all together. I guess maybe I followed the instructions or something idk but the molding process was super simple. I’ve had the same ones for a few years now and they fit just like they did the day I molded them. As for sound quality these guys make in ear monitors for professionals they know what they’re doing they sound great. If I had to say something switching between devices can be inconsistent I usually just turn off the Bluetooth on the device I’m disconnecting from and it works fine. Once in awhile only one will produce sound but simply double tap to wake it up and problems solved. These are by far the best earbuds I’ve ever used comfortable enough you could keep them in until they need charged and that’s a decent amount of time. I’m a UE fits customer for life there’s no other product like it if you can’t find earbuds that fit get these I mean why do you think they named them fits? 🤯

Dropped the ball
Good sounding earbuds but the app is worthless. All the cool features don’t work to customize your experience & it seems as the UE walked away from addressing concerns. Very disappointing.
Unreliable connections
The sound was good, the silicon tips were comfortable and stayed in. But the connections failed after 6 months- total case failure. They replaced promptly, as non of soft fixes revived anything. But the replacements will disconnect you from a phone call every call, after maybe 10 min., so you can’t use them for phone calls, certainly not meetings. Nothing to do with the charge.

UE Fits
Fit great, but one of the earphones stopped working very fast (haven’t used them every day, but had them for 6months).
Buds are great - App is trash
The app never works right. It constantly forgets your earbuds. It requires force quitting, unpair/re-pair, resetting, ‘forget my device’, hard resets - the whole nine yards. And of course, every time you have to reset, any settings you’ve implemented are wiped. So if you remap your taps and forget to set them back up, you’ll be trying to turn up the volume and end up hanging up a call. Averaging $200 a person - and backed by a parent company like Logitech - UE has literally ZERO reason they can’t invest the resources for a robust application. I’d give 0 if I could.

Who cares if they’re comfortable if they won’t stay connected?
These are soooo frustrating! They won’t stay connected and they regularly won’t seat properly in the charging case.
Great fit, TERRIBLE app
The earbuds fit great if you can get the app to work. You know it’s bad when customer support’s best advice is to delete and reinstall the app. It didn’t work. Now I have earbuds that I can’t mold.

Well, I have an iPhone 11 with iOS version 16.1 and I’ve had my earbuds for 9 months now & the app STILL won’t connect to the headphones to pair & shape them. I’ve tried EVERYTHING. I’ve turned my device off & back on, unpaired them with the phone, disconnected them, renamed them, u name it & they simply WILL NOT connect to the app to shape them. I paid good money for these, even got a 2nd pair thinking they might be defective & I waited years to get them until I could afford them, super excited to try them out because all the others I’d tried always fell out of my ears because they’re so small so I am VERY unhappy about this. PLEASE fix your app, instead of making new earbuds for gaming! That was like adding insult to injury when I saw that. I’m not a gamer, I like my music, so please help me to change this review?

Take time to fix the app
I have, as half the people around here, IE monitors. I understand these are not supposed to be sound blocking earphones, I believe the sound is awesome if you tweak the sound preference to your liking.
That being said, the app is trash guys! Spend some more money and time in it. UE is well known for excellence all around, don’t miss the mark here!
