I run a small service business and decided to try UE Vendor Pro to see if it could help organize my bookings. So far it’s been pretty straightforward. Setting up my profile and adding services didn’t take long, and it’s easier to keep track of appointments compared to doing everything through WhatsApp or Instagram messages.
What I like is that everything is in one place. I can list my services, set my prices, and see bookings without going back and forth with customers all day. The system where the customer confirms the job after the service is finished is also helpful because it keeps things clear on both sides.
It’s still early for me using it, but it feels like a practical tool for vendors who want a simple way to manage bookings and get discovered by people nearby. I’m curious to see how it grows as more businesses and customers join the platform.

I’ve tried a few platforms before listing my services on UE, including Booksy and some of the bigger marketplaces. Honestly, UE has been way more efficient and affordable for how I run my business.
With Booksy, you pay a monthly subscription just to be on the platform, then you pay extra for each staff member, plus payment processing fees, and if you want more visibility you end up paying commissions or “boost” fees. By the time you add everything up, the cost keeps stacking every month. It feels like you’re always paying more just to stay visible.
With UE, it’s simpler and more predictable. I know exactly what I’m paying each month. No surprise fees, no paying per staff member, no paying just to maybe get a lead. When someone books me, it’s a real customer, not just a message or inquiry that might go nowhere.
That makes a big difference for a small business. I spend less time worrying about platform costs and more time actually serving clients and making money.
Technology is important, but what really sold me is the price efficiency. UE costs less, keeps more money in my pocket, and still gives me the bookings I need. For me, it’s just smarter business.
