App does not work on iphone
I used this app for years then last summer an update was done to the app now i cant use the app because the text of the app wont scroll down to size to fit on phone so its like having a frozing screen .. deleted the app just downloaed it again april 2026 and still cant even navigate through the app to set anything up ..

If you have apple, do not buy UEI
I bought the hub6 and vacuum gauge and could not be more disappointed. All of my other tools are UEI and I figured this would be a great addition to my toolbox. I could not have been more wrong. I have owned the probes and vacuum gauge for four years now and they don’t work the majority of the time. Every time there is an app update or an Apple update none of my tools work. Do not waste your money on the hub sex or hobby if you have Apple. I’ve been waiting for a return email from support for two weeks with no response. I am hoping there will be some sort of class action lawsuit soon.

Tool sync
None of my tools will sync now. App is useless and so are the tools since they won’t communicate. Keeps telling me to turn on the Bluetooth when everything is on. Before the update everything worked great.

Wireless gauges won’t even connect
Have had these gauges for over a month now and liked using them. After an app update now my 800$ wireless gauge set won’t even connect on my iPhone.

Horrible app
This app is horrible and works maybe 10% of the time. $1000 of dollars spent on tools you can’t use. Tech support answer is always do you have the most recent version of the app. Delete the app and re download. What a joke.
Why the change
New updated version looks horrible , old version was way clearer to read and easier to understand when uploading documentation of pressures.
DONT UPDATE
The newest update to version 2 of this app DOES NOT support the WPC1 and WPP1 Bluetooth tools. The older version of the app works flawlessly, and the new update has made it so that the WPC1 pipe temperature clamps (connected by AUX) does not transmit line temps to the app.

The app crashes on any test
Yes I deleted and re downloaded yes I did everything the tech team asked for this application needs to be updated for these software bugs. I can’t use my tools than what’s the point.

Updated my app. Now it’s bricked.
I updated my app today to see if that would fix some of the issues I’ve been having such as only seeing R22 and no calculation for superheat or subcooling only to find out that it complete bricks the app. Reinstalling the app changes nothing. I open the app and it immediately crashes. Time to throw away these probes and stay far away from UEI.

Not functioning
For over a year I’ve had problems working with this app. Over $1000 of tools sitting in a bag I can’t use. Support is laughable, they won’t and don’t talk about getting it to work other than removing and downloading again. I work a lot of places with no service. When it did work way back in time I did enjoy taking time stamped screenshots of my testing and results.

Is there o software updates on this app. Why is it showing only R22? Don’t tell me I wasted thousands of dollars invested on tools that are now useless! Unbelievable!

Great app, love the WPP1s. I work on a lot of heat pumps so you guys should allow us to tweak the names a bit and be able to change liquid and suction to discharge and suction etc. Other than that it’s perfect.
Disappointed
Does not show saturation temp and only has R-22 available. Not entirely wireless either you have to use aux cord for line temp probes
Where are the other refrigerants?
R22 is the only refrigerant that appears. When you toggle to the refrigerant toolbox no other refrigerant choices show up for me to select. I have no other choice but to use the measure quick app to use these probes, unless I am working on an R22 system.
