I just purchased a subscription and tried playing a video and nothing plays. I reached out for support didn’t hear anything. So canceled right after I purchased it. Very disappointed

iphone and ipad apps crashing at launch
both iphone and ipad apps are crashing immediately upon launch. may be an iOS 17 issue. They were both working fine before i updated the OS.

This new version of UFOTV works great and my subscription works on all my devices including my TV, phone, and computer.
