Great app and Great customer service
So downloaded and installed. Couldn’t initially get my game app working. Contacted customer service. Gave me clear instructions and had me up and running. Awesome.
They didn’t even give me a working auto clicker
Spent 10$ just to be scammed

When ever I try to do whatever it ALWAYS LAGS OUT! I can’t even do anything.
It's a great app, but the connection is very poor.
The connection quality is quite poor, making it extremely frustrating to play games. I can barely manage to stay connected for even two minutes before it disconnects again, disrupting my gameplay experience continuously.

You cant even use this on other apps exept discord yt and facebook LIKE WHERES ROBLOX AND GAMES correct me if im wrong on my yt channel OppsFearThunder
customer service is so bad
I bought gvip for 180 days and I faced some issues with the device. I tried replacing it but it says that there is no available device. Upon checking the device market, I saw multiple device that is still on sale. How come there is no stock if they are still selling more. I contacted them 2 days ago and I haven’t received any response at all

This is pretty good when it comes to Roblox or just other games. However, it is quite expensive so I just used it one for free. It’s good but in my opinion, quite laggy. It’s in the middle
My gems are useless?
I have 1000 gems in my account. When i go to exchange, i have to pay with real cash instead of my gems i have… Why is it like his? Whats the point of having gems if you cant even use it?
I'm not saying the app is bad but this bug needs to be fixed
So, I bought the option to have ugphone for 7 days yesterday it was still here today but then the game needed a update and after I updated it it deleted my device and left me without one please fix this or refund me my money back.

I have been very patient with this app, as it shows potential, but unfortunately, the connection quality is quite poor. It rarely allows me to use my phone for more than three minutes at a time without dropping out, which is incredibly frustrating.

I paid for UVIP for 7 days, however the phone would barely last 5 hours.
The support team is not responsive and not helpful.
I had to go through Apple myself to get a refund.
