I have my no and email id registered but still it showing to visit nearest office. And after trying for 3-4 times it shows msg that otp sent to registered email but no OTP received.

The developer should fix at least basic things like text box focus, registration and OTP. I struggled for at least 30 minutes to get the OTP and finally didn't get. So I deleted the app.

Every time it flashed to enter correct a/c no. Whereas same a/c no. is registered in UHBVN ePayment app. and is working.
Bill payment
I paid my bill through this app from Pay option on 04.09.21 my whole amount got deducted but amount never reached to UHBVN agency. Still I am struggling to get me refund back. Pls help me ASAP
