Only good for scanning
There is no option for searching by name or by author. The top bar says search, but it’s a repeat of the scan procedure , meeting you need the book’s barcode. This app looked like a good improvement over the previous version, but it is useless if you’re reading a book review and then wanna search for the book and request it. I’ve alerted the staff at the Troy Public Library. I don’t know where else to report this but it’s a huge and critical oversight/mistake.

New App is Better
The updated app is better. The one feature I wish was included is the ability to get a push notification when a book placed on hold is ready.
No self checkout on the app anymore
This app was recently updated, but the ability to check out a book on the app is gone. This was a very handy feature.
App won’t let me log in
App looks like it’s logging in then does nothing. Other app used to work fine and now no longer shows books checked out. Pretty useless system.
Catalogue entries cannot be selected
I discovered this week (September 28, 2020) that my mobile app will no longer permit me to select an item for reserve after I have finished a search. I can still see what I have checked out and what I have already requested, but I cannot select and reserve anything new from the mobile app. I am using an iPhone 7 with updated operating system. I have already tried deleting and reinstalling the app. It does not work. Is anybody at Upper Hudson Library System paying attention to this app?

Not bad but doesn't keep that crazy long acct #
I think the app is helpful but it's not very smooth when borrowing ebooks and it doesn't save my account number? I think it needs to have sign on options that don't include typing that silly long number. Ugh. Come on into the modern world, library.
Calendar Not Working
The events calendars aren’t working properly, especially for my local library, Bethlehem. This app always has some problem or another.

Will not display catalogue information when you select a queried book.
Very convenient!
This app is a terrific reference. It’s not just for showing your library card bar code — you can see what items you have out, when they’re due, renew them, and request items. There are also other available resources you can access such as the calendar of events, library of things, magazines and online reference materials, etc. Very handy!

App is broken
The home screen of the app where you access your library card wallet cannot be accessed. The page shows only some kind of script and the app interface doesn’t even appear. I used to use the app primarily for scanning my library card but I can’t access it through the broken home screen so app is nearly useless. Developer said there is no problem with it but it doesn’t work on my iPhone 8 or my wife’s iPhone 6 with latest iOS.
