Terrible
This app is terrible, I have been trying to scan my passport, however, it’s been impossible. It is only good for scanning cards. Not passports. It is actually very frustrating
Passport chip reader doesn’t work
Wasted 45 minutes on continuous failure of chip reader from a 5 month old passport that’s been used once.
Won’t allow me to scan passport
Everything else works but scanning passport
Very easy
Very easy process, clear instructions took me about 1 minute start to finish
Not fit for purpose
Won’t accept my passport, won’t read the chip. Not fit for purpose. The help advisors advice was, it must be my phone or passport, despite using Apple Pay everyday and using my passport for regular travel in the last month I have had no problems with it then , app is rubbish!
