Users can contact the retailer through the call option provided in-app. Customers can get offer notifications from retailers. Customer can update their profile. Customers can search retailers based on category and name. Retailer module: The retailer can log in by using their credentials. After login, they can get a list of orders. They can call or chat with customers regarding their orders. In the chat window, the order status can be updated. Offers notification can be sent from the retailer to the nearby customers. They can track their delivery person from the track window. By taking the Order feature retailers can get orders into this app. They can get orders history for the last 7 days.
